Our model ships are individually handcrafted and for that very reason we do not refund for change of mind or incorrect size choice. Moreover, once you place and pay for an order, this shall be considered final after 48 hours and no variations are possible afterwards. Any change or variation requests that we may accept will incur administration and service fees from $75 – $150 dependent on the size, type and number of products affected by the change.
What if I missed out on the Sale?

Refunds, exchanges and/or credits can only be issued once your goods have been returned and checked at our facility.
Our model ships are individually handcrafted, and therefore not every model ship can be exactly similar or an exact replica of the image. A tolerance level of between 5-10% variation must be accepted for this reason. We do not refund for variations that fall within this parameter.

General Shipping Information.
Your shipping charge includes full insurance for anything that is lost or damaged in transit. To make a claim, simply:
- Inform our customer service team for any damage or loss within 24 hours
- Complete a Returns Submission online with attached photos of damage and packaging
- Keep the original packaging for collection
Our team will undertake to organise the replacement item(s) as quickly as possible and without any further charge to you. Please note that claims made that do not meet the above conditions may be void or incur a fee.
Deliveries occur Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
We need a street address for all deliveries, as we cannot despatch items to a PO Box.
Refunds will be processed in approximately 10 business days after goods have been returned to us. Your refund shall be issued once returned items are verified to be in the same condition as you first received them, and that your claim can be checked and approved by our returns team.
Refunds shall be paid using the same currency and payment method as when you first made your purchase unless otherwise arranged and approved by our returns team.
You may choose to receive a credit to your account in lieu of a refund for future purchases.
