The Endeavour is one of the most beautiful and well-known examples of the classic yacht. She belongs to the class of “J-Class yachts”, is 130 feet in length and was first launched in 1934.
The yacht was specially designed and constructed by Camper & Nicholsons in England for racing in the America’s Cup. T.O.M. Sopwith issued two challenges with the Endeavour that went down in yachting history.

Sopwith issued two challenges with the Endeavour that went down in yachting history: in 1934 and again in 1937, he attempted to vanquish the dominant New York Yacht Club in the America’s Cup. The New York Yacht Club only just managed to avert defeat in 1937, when the challenger won the first two of five races.
